1. Sales and Leasing

We identify and acquire strategic lands and properties for development, resale, and investment. Our team ensures proper properties for development and resale thereby advising clients and investors on viable real estate investment opportunities.
We also manage land documentation, surveys and Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) and Governor’s Consent processing.
4. Property Management

From rent collection to facility maintenance and tenant support, we ensure seamless property operations for both owners and residents. Facility upgrades for both owned and client-managed properties thereby ensuring security, sanitation, and continuous value appreciation of properties under management.
